Situated in [[Metelkova mesto Autonomous Cultural Zone]], [[Alkatraz Gallery]] is run by KUD Mreža Arts and Culture Association. The building, which is continuously under construction, is covered almost entirely with mosaics and different sculptures. The gallery programme presents emerging artists as well as international artists along with several other events, eg lectures and discussions accompanied by poster exhibitions.
