At the beginning the screenings took place at Narodni dom as well as ŠTUK Student Event Centre Maribor. From 2010 till 2015 the association was part of the initiative, which was reviving the old Maribor city cinema Kino Udarnik. from 2016 its domicile is GT22.

In addition to organising film screenings, the Association for Film Culture Development organises lectures and workshops and connects film makers and film lovers in the Podravje Region of eastern Slovenia. It also organises various film projects, issues publications and runs a mediatheque.
