A non-competitive spring festival is intended to bring together theatre people and the people living in a small mine town community to join in a relaxed atmosphere of circus, theatre, puppetry, music, and dance. The performances take place either indoor or in the street. The festival supports all kind of experimental creative initiatives and non-conventional forms that bring art close to the common people as well as organises a programme for children and the youth. The annual invitation to international groups is published in March. The festival is supported by the [[Municipality of Hrastnik]] and the [[Ministry of Culture]].
