Cultural cooperation
The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on Co-operation in the Fields of Education, Culture and Science was signed in 1994.
In 2008 the apartment in London was set up as a part of Arts & Culture Residencies Programme for Slovene artists, writers, translators, curators, critics or producers who are selected via an annual open call of the Ministry of Culture. The Slovene Arts & Culture Residency, London is managed by the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in London.
The Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in London participates in organisation of a range of cultural events.
