Apart from Spanish language courses (offered through advanced learning methods), the institute also organises various cultural programmes and projects.
The Instituto Cervantes in Ljubljana also supports performances by Spanish artists in Slovenia (for example, Paco de Lucía in Cankarjev dom in 2010).
