In January 2011 the Stipster, the comic art web portal from Netherlands put in focus Slovenia Special, a selection of 9 comic art authors: Matej Lavrenčič, Koco, Kaja Avberšek, Jakob Klemenčič, Izar Lunaček, Marjan Manček, Marko Kociper, Gorazd Vahen, Dušan Kastelic and Santiago Martin (the editor of the selection).
The Greetings from Cartoonia! is the publication that presents 6 Slovenian authors as well as the comic art authors from Italy, Finland, Norway, Poland, Portugal and Romania. It has evolved into the exhibition that has toured from Ljubljana to Bologna, Helsinki, Sardinia, London, Prague, Linz, Liege (La Zone Cultural Centre) and Bucharest (Animest Festival of Animation).
