A non-competitive spring festival is intended to bring together theatre people and the people living in a small mine town community to join in a relaxed atmosphere of circus, theatre, puppetry, music, and dance. The performances take place either indoor or in the street. The festival supports all kind of experimental creative initiatives and non-conventional forms that bring art close to the common people as well as organises a programme for children and the youth. The annual invitation to international groups is published in March. The festival's partners are the Hrastnik Cultural Centre, Flota Institute and Bunker Institute, it is supported by the Municipality of Hrastnik and the Ministry of Culture.
