The Slovene Arts & Culture Residency in Vienna is the most recently established studio for Slovene artists abroad within the Slovene Arts & Culture Residencies Programme. It was opened in 2012 in the Korotan Hotel (owned by the Slovene state) and complements the activities of the Slovenian Culture and Information Centre in Vienna. The participation in the programme, however, is reserved for the Slovene artists, writers, translators, curators, critics, producers etc. regardless of the discipline.
