Goga is a part of HALMA network – a network of European literary institutions and exchange houses. Its main aim is to connect European literary organizations and centers and to promote the exchange of authors, translators and promoters so as to experience work in different cultural environments. At the moment HALMA is present in 21 European countries and includes 26 literary institutions. Goga Publishing House is thus connected with the Slovene Hostel Situla in Novo mesto, which is one of the two Slovene houses in the HALMA network (the second being the apartment of the [[Slovene Writers’ Association]]). As a part of HALMA, Goga also organizes the exchange of Slovene authors to other residencies across Europe.
