The Slovene Arts & Culture Residency in Vienna is the most recently established destination within the Slovene Arts & Culture Residencies Programme. It was opened in 2012 in the Student Residence and hotel Korotan (owned by the Slovene state) and complements the activities of the Slovenian Culture and Information Centre (SKICA) in Vienna. The participation in the programme, however, is reserved for Slovene artists, writers, translators, curators, critics, producers, etc., regardless of the discipline.
