Cultural cooperation
The Embassy based its strategy of cooperation between two states on the priorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia. The familiarity of Slavic languages in the region and membership of both countries in the Forum of Slavic Cultures International Foundation serves as a backbone of cultural cooperation, exchange and further development in the bilateral relations.
Film and performing arts
In 2013 the Embassy supported the guest appearance of Mini Theatre's puppet theater play Sneguljčica [Snow White] at the Puppet Festival in Podgorica. The same year Anton Podbevšek Theatre presented the play Slavoj Žižek: Welcome to the Spiritual Animal Kingdom at the Royal Theatre Zetski dom from Cetinje.
In October 2013 RTV Slovenia's TV film production, Hvala za Sunderland (Thanks for Sunderland), Aksioma's Janez Janša and Najslabši dan (The Worst Day) by AGRFT were screened and presented at the International TV Film Festival in Bar.
