International Centre of Graphic Arts, Ljubljana The International Centre of Graphic Arts (MGLC) is located in Tivoli Mansion, Ljubljana. Established in 1986, the International Centre of Graphic Arts (MGLC) is housed in Tivoli Mansion. It runs the Biennial of Graphic Arts, maintains an international collection of prints and artists' books, and organises personal and thematic contemporary art exhibitions, often reflecting the political or social atmospheres of the chosen periods. Founded in 1955, the Ljubljana Biennial of Graphic Arts is the world's oldest existing biennial exhibition of contemporary graphic arts. MGLC is among the founding members of the International Biennial Association (IBA), established in 2014. 2 Reels - Association for Reanimation of Storytelling The 2 Reels - Association for Reanimation of Storytelling was born in 2007 out of the wish to cultivate and to promote storytelling in all its forms. It brings together two spheres of activity bound by their mutual aim to cultivate the telling of stories: Animateka International Animated Film Festival and the Radio Student programme Za 2 groša fantazije ("A Twopence of Imagination").
